They seek to give confidence to real estate investments

Estephany de la Cruz Guadalajara, Mexico (November 30, 2021).- 4:32 p.m. To provide certainty to investors or end consumers who acquire a quality property, they seek to certify real estate projects from the beginning until after their delivery. Therefore, to support real estate developments that carry out good practices and can distinguish themselves among others, while promoting the creation of more projects that comply with the corresponding quality, permits and conditions, the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC) in Jalisco signed a collaboration agreement with the company Kartensoll México to promote its CCI real estate trust certificate. “With this certificate, we will achieve greater certainty and integrity in the construction process,” said Diego Gabriel Espinosa de los Monteros De la Torre, president of the board of directors of Kartensoll México. “With this alliance, we will begin to distinguish and highlight and present the real estate development and construction companies that have good practices and we will begin to filter out those that only copy a business model for their own benefit or that deceive all the suppliers or end consumers, (…) that you cannot register or cannot have access to your habitability.” He explained that the certification process is carried out during all stages of construction, from the analysis of the type of soil and even once the property has been delivered. And it evaluates four areas: the company, the legality, the technical part and the financial feasibility. The biggest problems that have been identified with real estate developers is that people cannot register their properties. For his part, the president of CMIC Jalisco, Carlos del Río Madrigal, said that this certificate will give certainty to investors and added value to companies. “We firmly believe in integrity as a foundation for economic development and we believe that a system or a certificate will contribute a lot to generating integrity because it will make it visible in all processes,” said the construction leader. https://www.mural.com.mx/aplicacioneslibre/preacceso/articulo/default.aspx?__rval=1&urlredirect=/buscan-dar-confianza-a-inversiones-inmobiliarias/ar2306914
