Representatives of the Association of Industrial Parks of Jalisco (APIEJ) and the certifying house Kartensoll, signed an agreement with which it is sought that all industrial developments of this association have a quality certification that gives legal, land, environmental and legal certainty to investors. Kartensoll, explained its president, Diego Espinoza de los Monteros, seeks to evaluate the construction processes, land use, permits, legal aspects of the properties and deeds mainly of vertical developments, a point of certainty for those who acquire a property, so that they are certain that their investment has no risks. Now the same is done with industrial parks, under the vision that with the certification, even more investment will be attracted to Jalisco from transnational companies. The industrial park construction industry had an increase in square meters of 32 percent.
