Certificate
Our history
Before TREESTATE there was no regulation of the products sold in the real estate market. Nowadays, due to the growth of cities and urban consolidation, the real estate sector maintains accelerated growth which, consequently, attracts the arrival of actors with recent careers and low professionalization.
In 2022 Kartensoll México creates TREESTATE out of the need to develop and implement certification that provides distinction to the marketed properties they offer; transparency and legal validation, information in each of the design and construction processes, investment security and risk reduction.
We are a Real Estate Trust Certification, in charge of certifying the highest quality real estate projects, whose companies have sufficient moral solvency to offer benefits to society and all parties involved. And today we are the only ones accredited by the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) for certification of real estate projects.
